How do we work and where we deliver?

www.labotelladenur.es is specialised in premium quality deliveries of flowers, with the option of sending them with a special and original present.
Nuestra tienda esta en la ciudad de Ibiza. Hacemos envios a toda la isla y también el resto de España con el servicio Mandaflor .

Tambien puedes hacer un pedido y recogerlo en tienda ( consultar esta opción).

Your deliveries will get there securely and on the chosen delivery date.

Message in a Bottle

El envío será a cualquier población en 24 horas.* Los gastos de envío se calcularán según tu pedido total, aunque te adelantamos que si pides una botella, el coste será de 4,5 euros en le Isla de Ibiza y 9,00 €  resto España (excepto Ceuta, Melilla e Islas Canarias donde no podemos enviar.)
* – On Sunday, we only deliver within the Island of Ibiza. If you want your order to arrive the following day, you must complete the order before 2pm. If you want your order to be delivered on a Monday, please place your order, at latest, on the Friday before.

Flores (Isla de ibiza y resto España)

Cualquier artículo floral se puede enviar el mismo día a toda la Isla de Ibiza. En caso de no tener en existencia alguna de las flores que componga el trabajo floral, se sustituirá por alguna similar. Si el cambio es muy sustancial, se avisará al cliente previamente. Los gastos de envío se calcularán según tu pedido total, aunque te adelantamos que si pides un artículo floral, el coste será de 4,50 euros en ls Isla de Ibiza y 9.00 € resto de España

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose from our different payment methods:

    With our secure online bank payment gate. This is the quickest and cheapest option.
  • Bank transfer
    You will have the details to proceed with the bank transfer as soon as you place your order. Please, remember to use the order's reference number as your payment reference. As soon as we receive your payment, we will manage your order.
